We offer you Two Plans depending on your business goals:
- Simple Plan. The simple plan is for conservative businesses that take a longer view of their conversions and want to lower the risk of leads unsubscribing.
- Aggressive Plan. This plan puts the emphasis on generating the maximum dollar from webinar registrants with the understanding it will lead to some unsubscribes due to the aggressive nature of follow up.
Follow the Plan that is appropriate for your business:
Simple Plan (if using Infusionsoft/ Keap, Ontraport)
- Connect StealthSeminar and your Plugin like this (for Ontraport click here, for Infusionsoft/Keap click here).
- Ask StealthSeminar to share the 250% More Simple Plan to your compatible autoresponder or CRM system.
- Accept that campaign with all associated components such emails, custom tags, etc.
- Tweak the red text in your emails that are now inside of your autoresponder/ CRM system.
- Test by registering for your webinar and experiencing the emails as they follow up with you.

Aggressive Plan (if using Infusionsoft/ Keap, Ontraport)
- Connect StealthSeminar and your Plugin like this (for Ontraport click here, for Infusionsoft/Keap click here).
- Ask StealthSeminar to share the 250% More Aggressive Plan to your compatible autoresponder or CRM system.
- Accept that campaign with all associated components such emails, custom tags, etc.
- Tweak the red text in your emails that are now inside of your autoresponder/ CRM system.
- Duplicate your webinar. Set it up to play weekly. For emails #1-5: enter the link to that registration page for your follow up.
- Emails #6-10 will already automatically enter the replay link and be handled by the first webinar (original one they registered to attend). Set that webinar to an automatic Replay Available Time of 144 hours.
- Optional for emails #11-14, create a written piece that supports your webinar. This could be a summation sheet, transcription, etc. Link this in emails #11-14.
- Optional: create an additional promotional point to stimulate sales such as: additional testimonials, additional bonuses, longer payment plans or a FAQ’s email. Customize email #15 with the one that appeals to you.
- Optional: create an additional promotional point to stimulate sales such as: drop down offer that is 50% the cost of the webinar offer and customize email #16.
- Test by registering for your webinar and experiencing the emails as they come in.
